I got a great room for the $. It actually had a separate bedroom. Very comfortable bed, clean room

Set back in a nice area. WAY quieter than other motels in the area. I travel a lot, so I rent on occassion. Very nice and accommodating staff. My suite was immaculate. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I will definitely be going back!

Arriving at the hotel, I was instantly greeted by the front desk attendant and was amazed with the outstanding level of professionalism and friendliness. Initially there were problems with my room, but the general manager, Linda Carbajal went above and beyond to make it right for me. She put me into an upgraded suite at no extra cost to compensate for the issues. And yes, while many places will do this very same thing for you, I've never had a place go out of their way and do this for me, to make my room and my experience better all while keeping a huge smile on their face and being as friendly and welcoming as you could possibly imagine. Linda has got to be one of the best managers that the entire Extended Stay Corporation has ever had.

My stay didn’t begin perfectly (a lot of that may have been on me—I was very tired and a bit grumpy), but what truly stood out was how Linda, the General Manager, handled everything with kindness and grace. She’s not just a “fixer”—she’s a true listener, and she made sure I felt seen and supported. That level of care is rare. Thanks to her, I left feeling taken care of and genuinely appreciated. Five stars for service, hospitality, and heart.

The rooms are a little dated, but it seemed like upgrades were in the works. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great place to stay and a great place. Very central to all locations in Salem and the surrounding area.

I don't think we got a suite. But it was like a mini apartment. Definitely cute. Came with pans and cooking utensils.

The room was rather large and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. They just don't have any room service, if you need something you have to get it at the front desk.

I’ve stayed here a few times and I don’t know where the bad reviews come from. I travel all over the World for work and I’ve stayed in just about every hotel from here to North Carolina -This place is clean. It’s like new., The breakfast selection may not be great, but that’s really minor. It’s kind that they still do it when many hotels do not. But the one thing I have noticed about this hotel, and I don’t usually write reviews Is that the manager is just phenomenal I’ve heard her speaking to multiple of the employees many of them new She is an amazing example of a manager/supervisor. She’s very calm when speaking to them teaches them speaks to them While encouraging them. I have seen a lot of hotels, but this one really sticks out that she is a perfect example of what a very good supervisor should be. All of the employees are very nice and helpful probably because they have good supervision from her. I hate to say this day and age most people are on a power trip and are not so kind to employees, That’s what really made me take the time to write this. She is definitely an amazing employee and deserves the recognition. And as far as this hotel, I’ve enjoyed my stay every time I’ve stayed here if I had a problem, they were always helpful. This is exactly why I keep coming back
